After attending one of Trish’s yoga and reflective meditation workshops, I was struck by her ability to combine deep empathy with movement designed to ease anxiety and tension. Realizing the powerful effect this could have for my business team, I brought Trish in to host a bi-weekly Stretching and Breathing “meet up” on zoom. After moving and breathing together the team was more focused and energized after a session with Trish.
