Hi there. I’m Trish, a mindfulness and movement practitioner and facilitator. I leverage evidence-based mindfulness, yoga and other somatic (body based) movement practices, within a compassionate atmosphere, to facilitate individual learning and growth. My aim is to support people on their journey toward living with less stress, anxiety and tension in mind and body, and ultimately toward experiencing greater confidence and freedom in their bodies and lives. My passion for teaching comes from experiencing the benefits of mindfulness and movement in my own life.
